The Centre is now fully open
The following safety measures are in place:-
The Trustees would advocate that all entering the Centre including staff to wear masks, although it is not mandatory.
Staff can provide you with a mask if you have not got one.
Please continue to be aware of social distancing and hand washing. Hand sanitisers are wall mounted around the Centre
If you feel unwell with any of the Co-vid symptoms - please do not come to the Centre
If you begin to feel unwell while you are in the Centre ask Reception staff to take your temperature by non contact method and to give you a lateral flow test if available
We will require a name and contact number in the case of tracing or you can use your mobile app against our NHS Quick Response Code posters displayed on notice boards
There are perspex screens to protect staff
Anti- bacterial hand dispensers for use.
An extra member of staff will continually clean and anti bacterial spray toilets, rooms, chairs, tables, surfaces etc. during the day and our three cleaners will clean the Centre to a high standard daily
The staff will help you in any way they can if you are at all concerned, but we believe that we have put good safety measures in place - in line with an overall risk assessment which you can ask for a copy of if you wish to read it.
